The Assyrian International Council (AIC) is the democratically elected body of the Assyrian nation. Our mission is to represent our people with transparency and accountability, document and raise awareness of ongoing violations, preserve our language and culture, advocate for the rights of Assyrians, and educate policymakers and the wider public on the challenges our nation faces. We are committed to ensuring that Assyrian rights are fully recognized and implemented, securing a future of dignity, opportunity, and self-determination in our ancestral homeland.

The AIC envisions a future where Assyrians live in peace, security, equality, and self-determination in their ancestral homeland. We strive for a world in which our communities flourish through cultural resilience, rights-based advocacy, and democratic representation with Assyrian voices meaningfully included in decision-making at every level. Through principled engagement, we seek to contribute to a more just and pluralistic global society.
